So i eventually went to see transformers with friends of mine...
i believe the movie was over hyped!! it started at 10;40pm and it was 1am and we wer still watching it!!! haba... the movie was too long jo...yes i developed a liking for bumble bee...(so cute) and optimus prime... the cars in the movie wer sick, i.e when the auto bots wer in disguise... the twins constant insults at each other created much needed humor for the movie... in the beginning the fights wer amazing and kind of got me intrigued... then an hour into the movie, the fighting scenes kinda got boring for me...so boring that i started looking for stuff to distract myself like how cute bumblebee was...


gosh he was so cute and funny especially because he couldn't talk and had to use his radio to communicate.. i also liked the car he turns into.. odikwa sexy sturvings mehnn...



optimus prime... aka oga pata pata... and his bado image.. commanding the other robots and all... doesn't his voice seem like that of Earl Jones? or was it just me??



Is it me or did Meagan fox's lips look fuller like she had work done?? Her character was so forgettable and insignificant... but i guess they have to put a sexy
babe to complete the movie.. all i rmbr is her lips and... uh... her lips....lol

A gal`s gotta move on....

yooo...... i just needed a break.. and i decided to take a week... everyone knows break ups aren't easy.....
After morosely staying at home and all that crap... i started doing stuff to engage myself... stuff i consider fun... i went lazer tagging, bowling, salsa dancing and even to wonderland...
it was as if i was hiding from something u kno... i just had d fear of being alone... cuz i did`nt want to think about it or show any sign of weakness by crying...although i couldn't stop myself from going through the text messages we had together and slowly coming to the realization that the love craze wasn't reciprocal.... even from the very beginning... it was just me head over heels...n crazy about this dude and him replying with msgs...befitting a friend.. no romance nuffin... all my i miss u`s wer relied with an `lol`or ``dont forget to.....` i found myself boiling inside instead of keeping calm and decided to stop reading them...
It didn't help matter`s wen i noticed he wen he was online and stuff.... i cant help but despise him more..ok its kind of love and hate.. i think about the nice times we have spent together and how all of that was a lie...
I also keep hating myself for dating a young boy that doesn't know what he wants!! this would be my first and last time of doing this... there is no point really...
The more i`m alone and i reflect... instead of having lil ray`s of hope that we can work stuff out...i realize instead that`s not going to happen...
i mean i know in the throes of my anger i told him never to call me again.....
but the scary part is, he never did call again...

yup... so i went salsa dancing at the flying dog on Thursday...and it was fun... with some Jordanian guy i`ve bin posting for a while... twas nice dancing the merengue and reaggeton.. had mad fun and met new people.. the setting was for an older crowd and i really liked this... met some Egyptian guy called zaid..that danced like a pro... pure fun!! numbers where exchanged... wen i got home that night he gave me a call...simple and nice and we decided to go to the movie`s sometime :)
Friday was UW goes to wonderland... had the best time ever ... went on about 8 rides!!! including the much talked about behemoth...lol..tasted funnel cake and i must say i didn't enjoy that shit!!! pure waste of $12 i can never get back!!!!! wth??

didn't get to school until about 10pm... wen i got home i had to shower and go party it up at Caesar`s nightclub!! twas my friend`s bday and i had to be there...so i`m dressing up and zaid calls....what u up to and i tell him ... he offers to come over.. im like sure..(saves me on that cab expense lol) so we go to Caesar`s together... it was mad yo... throwback Friday!!! i was so in d mood to get loose..a couple of screwdrivers and a smoke.. yes!!! i faltered!! i`ve gotten to the part that i really dnt care anymore and i just had this urge to hurt myself... as i was getting help with lighting my stick from zaid.. my ex`s frnd comes over and stops me from smoking.. saying this is not me blah blah... i have to admit i was embarrassed but yuhh i told him i`m a different person now... yuhh let me smoke jare...lol... later on he did express his disappointment... he was asking me where his friend was and i`m like i do`nt know and do`nt care... i so didn't like his disapproving looks as i was grinding against zaid..lol..
ok...its 2am.. i wanna go home i`ve bin up since 7am!! so i go home and all.. the awkward silence in the car as i have reached my house... dis guy wants to get with me...duhh like i didn't see that before..boy was hard from all my grinding in d club... so yeah he tries and i..............

New taxis and double decker buses in lagos

So i was just randomly browsing the net today wen i saw some news on about new stuff in Lagos.. apparently, the commissioner for transport Bamidele Badejo just introduced some new taxis for lagos... and might i saw.. they look awesome... things are definitely getting better at home.. I was surprised as well as impressed as i glanced at the photo of the cars...



whoa 9ja is getting there...soon there will be actual taxis that we can get into without fear of it breaking down on the third mainland bridge..we finally have "oye tight" air conditioned fitted cars for taxis in lagos!!! to God be the glory!!!
Unfortunately despite the praises and all good feelings i have now pertaining this matter... i cant help but get worried when it comes to the maintainance of these vehicles.. you see its one thing to come up with such great ideas and actually bringing them to reality, its another story and work to actually maintain these ideas... u know... i hope they have the right facilities and plan in order to maintain these vehicles or we are back to square one!!!!
Kudos to the government in Lagos... this is real good...but still we are kind of used to them bringing up nice sturves and everything falling yakata in time... you guys remember city bus?? those white Toyota buses meant for transportation with the london underground sign?? yuhh... at first they where good... but where are they now? i really pray that the same thing does not happen to these new cabs...
Im a firm believer of privatization and i believe if these cabs are given to private individuals who will run it..as long as there is that profit motive, the cabs will be maintained... but the downside to this suggestion would be the price... yup.. we would have to pay through our noses to get a ride... although i get excited on the thought of having numerous private taxi companies like the ones over here ...wherever we are we can just dial them from our cellular phone and the come over and pick us up....You know privatization of cabs is not a bad idea.. as long as the ministry of transportation regulates the fares and all to prevent exploitation of customers......
Same thing about the new double Decker buses.. well lets keep our fingers crossed abi?? God dey!!!

i love the henna tattoo i got today... absolutely gorgeous... chill its not like i woke up one morning and decided to do this... just spontaneous sturvings..lol... okies so after school my housemate n i decide to go to winners n get a nice over sized everyday bag... after that was done,we both needed to get our eye brows done yuhh... so she tells me about this Indian salon where they thread eyebrows well and they are cheaper n better than where i usually do mine.. so im like sure why not...Wen we got there i found out they do henna... and i came out of the salon with this...

i love it n i think its sooo sexy... so sad it lasts like say 2 weeks :(

i was kinda surprised seeing him in Canada... especially waiting in line with me for a cab!!! lol i was kinda shy approaching him and all.. he was the one who said hi..den i gathered the courage to respond back...abi no b human being? so i'm like hi... i love ur show man and wife.. and he goes like really? y'all watch dat over here on MTV? and i'm like naw... i just download d podcast and force my bf to watch it with me..and its fun watching u guys talk abt diff sexual stuff.. he chuckles and asks me for my name...which i gave him ...that a very pretty name he replied....we make small talk until my cab comes and i say goodbye...twas fun meeting him... such a sweet guy ;)
so there's this guy.. I've known him for 2yrs now.. and the funniest thing is that I've never met him...
although I've always bin very fond of him... we were inseparable. we used to talk all the time wen i was in my 1st yr...i was actually falling "in like" with the guy...(i cant say love) i save that sentence for that special someone so yuhh.. he is like in his late 20's and in 9ja working...
we had this big fight last summer and a lot of hateful things wer said... because he had dis jealousy streak and was always on my case about a guy friend of mine..who is now my current bf..
so unexpectedly we hooked up again this winter..and now he was like yuh he has a fiance n all.. and I'm happy for him because any feelings i had for him before have bin buried..
you can imagine his uttermost rage wen he heard the guy he was always accusing me of was my bf..
so in other words all those times he was complaining he was right abi?
what can i say...?? you pushed me S.. u pushed me....
on d real he did... besides the online relationship was getting to me... all that "oohh i will meet u online or lemme call u" was burning me slowly both emotionally and financially..Rogers was soo not lenient with me because i dey do overseas love!!!
My friends even advised me 2 free the guy... so wat if he loves me? or he says he does? ive never even met him b4.. only pics... he wasn't even fair to me.. at least he has seen me on web cam b4 and he is assured abt how i look and there i am still here with a ??? ild get one ild get one... yup.. its bin 2 yrs going on 3 now...
2 years now.. he has.. a fiance which he recently broke it off with saying its my fault because he has all these feelings for me..
weeks later i get it out of him that there was no fiancee and he loves only me.. i dnt even know wat to believe anymore!!!
Now he calls me everyday...to the detriment of my current relationship asking me where i've bin and personal stuff that he is not entitled to know... and furreal it gets on my nerves...but i'm just scared...mehn i dunno does he love me or not? I've bin so mean to him but he still comes back... what if we r only entitled to one true love and we let ours go away cuz we r not attracted 2 him? helpppppppppppppppppp!!!
2years...going on three now.....
